1. Quality & Safety Control
Every stage begins with strict quality checks: packaging materials, raw materials, purified water, semi-finished products, finished products, and packaging all undergo inspection. Additional tests such as formula stability, bottle tightness, filling trials, label sampling, and box sampling are completed and approved before production starts.
2. Advanced Production Equipment
We operate 12 fully automated filling and packing lines, supported by 6 emulsifying systems. Each batch is assigned a unique production lot number through our management system, ensuring complete traceability and data accuracy.
3. Precision Packaging & Real-Time Monitoring
Our packaging and sealing processes are handled by specialized equipment, integrated with ERP and POP systems. This allows real-time production monitoring, faster adjustments, and a consistently high on-time delivery rate.
4. Expert Oversight
From engineering to quality inspection, merchandising, and customer support, our professional teams work together to ensure each product meets the highest standards before it leaves our facility.
5. Logistics & Delivery
Once checked, packed, and counted, products are transferred to our warehouse. Partnering with trusted logistics companies, we coordinate smooth international shipping from our factory directly to your destination.
